I've worked with Karen twice and I cannot recommend it enough. She works tirelessly and quickl seemingly at all hours and has answers for every question I've ever thrown at her. She also makes the experience of buying more pleasant by coordinating with local vendors who solve problems quickly as they come up. After requesting a showing for a house through Zillow, Karen was the one who called us shortly after. Though that house was not the one we kept searching for. When we found “the one, “ just envisioning a Christmas tree up in our living room made us smile. She seemed just as excited as we were, and requested that we send her a photo of it, which we did a few weeks before Christmas. As first-time homebuyers, we were very new to this whole home-buying process, but Karen was not only extremely helpful and kind, but she also went above and beyond to assist us in all aspects of purchasing. We were extremely grateful for her help and words of wisdom through a somewhat challenging process. When we were having difficulties, she was very helpful in navigating the situation, and we truly feel like she had our best interests in mind. She is wonderful, and we highly recommend her!
Karen is the best. What else can we say? We worked with Karen for nearly 5 years trying to find our dream home. When we found it, Karen was beyond helpful in helping us stage and prepare our home for sale in one week. (and I mean full re-stage). The market was insane at the time of selling, and Karen's extra effort got us absolute top dollar for our home. She also worked hard with the other realtor on the home we bought to lock it in for us. She knew the market and priced our home right in the sweet spot for action, ultimately resulting in us selling for a much higher price.
